The Angaza Resource Centre (ARC) is a state-of-the-art facility that was built by 4040 Foundation and it’s partners dedicated to providing resources and support to the underserved communities to improve the quality of education and literacy learning of children in school and out of school. ARC is located in Kibuli, Kabalagala Parish, Makindye Division and it focuses on education, skill development, and community empowerment.
