After along period of waiting, Busitema University on Tuesday 14th released provisional graduation list. The Graduation is set to be at Busitema University’s Main Campus in Tororo.
All the six campuses that make up Busitema University will have to convene at the main Campus to celebrate the auspicious occasion. The graduation is set to take place on Friday June 24.
Graduation Statistics
Despite being a provisional list, the numbers provide an insight into Busitema University’s 12th Graduation. To begin with, the graduation list that was seen by KET has a total of 948 names.
These numbers are expected to increase or decrease according to any changes that may occur. At the moment Students who have issues of clearance, missing marks and many other issues and working on them.
Of the 948 , 315 Graduads are female with a jaw- dropping number of 633 being Male. Those on Government scheme are only 136 . Privately sponsored graduads are 812 in number.
The Busitema University Convocation Week
The Convocation has planned a weeklong series of activities #THE CONVOCATION WEEK (20-23 June) to celebrate graduads as Busitema marks its 12th Graduation.
The Convocation has urged graduads to visit the Convocation desk at Busitema or Arapai Campuses. Then pick their membership form, register in the Convocation book.
Lastly, graduads will pick their gowns and make other inquiries . All this is meant to see to it that the long awaited day is as perfect as humanly possible.
The Convocation is a platform where Students can build networks to access jobs, grow their career and build lifelong relationships within the Busitema family.
