Fangone Forest boss and controversial singer Alien Skin is nursing injuries after a violent attack on Sunday, April 13, in Iganga District, Eastern Uganda. The artist had traveled to Iganga to perform at a public event held at Iganga Municipal Primary School, but the celebration turned chaotic shortly after his performance.

According to eyewitnesses and videos circulating online, Alien Skin delivered an energetic performance that drew large crowds. However, tensions escalated moments after he stepped off the stage when he and his entourage were reportedly ambushed by a group of individuals.

The assailants, whose identities remain unclear, allegedly damaged Alien Skin’s car during the altercation. He also sustained a head injury, although the severity has not yet been officially confirmed by his management.Initial reports suggest that the attack may have been politically motivated.

Some sources point fingers at alleged supporters of the National Unity Platform (NUP), the political party led by musician-turned-politician Bobi Wine.
