How to Make Cardless ATM Withdrawal
The initial announcement focused on balance checks, but after numerous questions in the comments about withdrawals, Centenary Bank confirmed that cardless ATM withdrawal is also possible and shared the procedure. One user’s comment prompted the response:
“Also provide the procedures for withdrawing without an ATM card without going to the teller.”
Centenary Bank replied:
“Hello, thank you for reaching out to us. Kindly follow these steps:
1. Visit your nearest Centenary Bank ATM.
2.Select the ‘Cardless Withdrawal’ option on the ATM screen.
3.Enter OTP & Complete Transaction:
a.Input the OTP received on your phone.
b.Enter your Mobile Banking PIN for verification.
4.Collect your cash from the ATM.
