Capital FM is one of the oldest radio stations in Uganda. It’s prominent for having the most captivating shows. The channel also boasts countrywide coverage unlike any other radio station. We have recently seen a poster moving all over social media. It’s asking for a skilled radio presenter to share a voice message of themselves.

There was a recent closure of urban radio station, Hot 100. Thereafter, sources claim that Capital FM actually bought the renowned English music radio station.
Hot 100 has been famous for airing under the frequency 100.9 MHz. It also housed excellent radio personalities like Bryan McKenzie, Collins Emeka, Tumu Siime Lady Bezo, DJ Crim, DJ Gero, Captain DMS, Byg Kahuna and many others.
Apparently, Hot 100 had become stale and lost a lot of the young audience. The nationwide talent search is expected to make Kiss FM Uganda, the youths favorite radio station.
The deadline for submission of entries is 15th April 2022. In summary, if you have what it takes, hopefully the doors don’t shut you out.
