If you have watched Marvel Entertainment‘s Guardians Of The Galaxy, you have probably heard the phrase, “I Am Groot!” before.

Who Is I Am Groot?

Groot is a fictional character initially appears in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The character was created by Stan Lee, Larry Lieber and Jack Kirby, and he first appeared in Tales to Astonish #13.

In the MCU, Groot represents man’s troubled relationship with the environment.

Series Review

The series was officially released by Marvel Entertainment on 10th August 2022. Despite the character having a singular characteristic in the past movies, it has received a lot of love prior to an original series.

The mischievous toddler learns how to grow up amongst the trouble in the stars along with the help of his friends and family in the ragtag superhero team the Guardians of the Galaxy.

The character is notorious for continuously saying, his name whenever he talks. According to Wikipedia, Groot is a Flora colossus from Planet X, the capital of the branch worlds. The Flora colossi are tree-like beings whose language is almost impossible to understand due to the stiffness of their larynxes. This causes their speech to sound like they are repeating the phrase “I am Groot”.

How To Watch Or Download I Am Groot Series

Currently, the series is running on Disney+ and in select theatres. This limitation is for a short while because the movie is still new, but there are other methods too. These include YouTube, Netflix and physical DVD.
