Honoring Icons and Innovators at 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards

The 2025 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards will recognize two extraordinary artists whose impact on the industry and beyond is unmatched. Lady Gaga will receive the iHeartRadio Innovator Award for her groundbreaking contributions to music, film, and philanthropy. Her Born This Way Foundation has empowered young people worldwide to embrace kindness and bravery since its inception in 2012.

Mariah Carey will be honored with the iHeartRadio Icon Award, celebrating her legendary career as a singer, songwriter, and producer. With over 200 million records sold and 19 number-one singles, Carey’s achievements have set a benchmark for artists everywhere.
