- Rescheduled Dates: Originally planned for early 2025, the tournament has been rescheduled to 2–30 August 2025, providing additional preparation time and allowing the final qualifying rounds to conclude seamlessly.
- World-Class Venues: Matches will be played across five iconic stadiums in the three countries. Key venues include Nairobi’s Kasarani Stadium, set to host the final, Dar es Salaam’s Benjamin Mkapa Stadium for the opening ceremony, and Uganda’s Mandela Stadium for the third-place match.
