East Fm’s journalist Benard Ochieng, popularly known as “Oben,” was officially nominated today, September 9, 2025, as the National Resistance Movement (NRM) flag bearer for the Mayor of Tororo Municipality.
Ochieng Benard, widely known as “OBEN,” has officially announced his intention to run for mayor of Tororo City in the 2026 general elections on the ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) ticket.
