The USSSA National Boys Football Round of 16 is set to be played on Sunday, 11 May 2025. The Round of 32 was played on Saturday, 10 May 2025, and the results were shocking, as several big names were eliminated. This reaffirms the popular saying in football — anything can happen.Notably, last year’s finalists, Amus College, exited this year’s tournament in a penalty shootout against Green Light Islamic.
Similarly, this year’s hosts, Ngora High School, were knocked out by the impressive defending champions St. Julian in a 3-1 showdown.Bukedea Comprehensive eliminated their neighbors from Arua via penalty shootout. Meanwhile, Jinja Comprehensiveand Jinja Progressive Academy, both from Jinja, made it to USSSA National Boys Football Round of 16, though their neighbors, Lakeside Masese, were knocked out.
